Loose, long, Italian cotton-linen shorts, draped as a single piece per leg, with deep welted pockets of Japanese cotton and silk set into soft internal box pleats. Draped entirely on the legs of a man named Elmar in Reykjavik.
These shorts are wide and long.
Cut with a Lightning Machine Company Swift 928.
Sewn on a Juki DDL 5550-6, Pfaff 463-6 modded for binding, Dürkopp Adler 557-234, Singer 71-32, and by Hand-held Needle.
This dimensional twill weave is a linen, cotton and elastine blend [60LI 39CO 1EA] and is produced in an Italian knitting mill. The twill weave lining is a cotton and silk blend [55CO 45SE] and is woven in a Japanese mill and the hand attached shank buttons
are drop cast in our studio from oxidised metal alloy.
